Aura Bakes & Bites founded by Manasa Srikanth, a passionate baker who grew up in a home where the oven was always warm and the mixing bowls never stayed empty for long. Baking runs in the family - Manasa’s mother is also an avid baker - so every recipe carries the comfort of tradition and the care of a family kitchen.

We believe great cookies don’t need shortcuts. That’s why we sweeten with jaggery, use wholesome flours like wheat and ragi, and bake with real butter with no maida and no preservatives. Each batch is small, hand-shaped and baked to order so you get freshness you can taste.
