Refund policy
1) No Cancellations or Refunds (Once Order Is Placed)
All cookie orders are final sale. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Why we follow this policy
Perishable, food-grade items: Cookies are fresh, short-shelf-life products. For safety and hygiene, once they leave our kitchen they cannot be restocked or resold.
Small-batch, made-to-order: We start prepping/baking and allocating inventory shortly after you order, so costs are committed immediately.
Food safety compliance: Returns introduce contamination risks; we cannot take food products back into our facility.
Custom packing & logistics: Gift boxes/assortments are assembled to order; packaging and courier labels are generated upfront.
2) Fair Exceptions — We’ll Make It Right
While we don’t accept “change-of-mind” cancellations/returns, we’ll replace (or issue store credit if replacement isn’t possible) in these cases:
Damaged in transit (crushed, torn outer box, severe breakage).
Wrong items received (different product/quantity than ordered).
Quality concern that reasonably indicates a defect (e.g., staleness on arrival).
Time window: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
What to share: Order ID, unboxing video or clear photos of the outer package (with shipping label), inner packaging, and the product.
How we resolve: Replacement shipment or store credit of the affected items; a refund is issued only if we’re unable to replace.
3) Not Eligible for Replacement/Refund
Change of mind, taste preferences, or minor variations in color/shape typical of artisanal baking.
Slight softening or minor cookie breakage that doesn’t affect edibility (common in courier handling).
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address, unreachable phone, recipient not available, or delivery refusal.
Requests made after 24 hours from delivery.
Items not purchased directly from our official store.
4) Delivery Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If the courier marks an order as Delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll help raise an investigation with the courier. Outcomes depend on the courier’s findings.
5) Storage & Handling
Please store cookies in a cool, dry place, airtight. Exposure to heat/humidity can impact texture and does not qualify as a defect.
6) Refund Method & Timeline (if approved)
Where refunds are approved (e.g., we cannot replace), they are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.
7) Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. We are committed to fair, prompt resolutions for genuine issues.
